Reverse patio rock drilling tool

In the underground metal mine shaft excavation, the use of the construction method of the patio drilling rig has a series of advantages such as fast excavation speed, low labor intensity, no damage to the original integrity and stability of the roadway rock, the shaft wall is rounded, the well quality is good and conducive to ground pressure control, it is an advanced construction method of underground mine shaft excavation. In China, with the technological progress of the mining industry, the reverse patio drilling process will gradually replace the drilling and blasting method in the shaft drilling construction, and the reverse patio drilling tool drilling rock (see Figure 1).

The rock drill bit of the patio drilling tool consists of a rolling scraping cutter head inlaid with hard alloy teeth (see Figure 5) and a bracket. The hole diameter of the drill is 500~6000mm. At present, the common diameters of patio drill bits in the international market are mainly 1800mm, 3100mm, 4000mm, etc. (as shown in Figure 2. 3. Figure 4). There are more than 100 patio drilling rigs of various types in underground mines such as nonferrous metals, metallurgy, coal, gold, building materials and chemical industry in China. The diameter of drill bits used is in the range of 500~2500mm, and the annual length of roadway drilling is about 70,000mLeft and right, is now in the reverse patio rock drilling into the roadway construction technology to promote the application of the stage.
