Mechanical cutting drilling tools-trenchless drilling tools
Trenchless engineering drilling tools. Trenchless construction technology is a new technology for underground engineering construction, which has been applied in China's engineering construction for less than 10 years. Because this technology can carry out drilling operations without digging the surface, it does not affect traffic, does not damage the environment, and has a short construction period, so it is widely used in municipal engineering and underground pipeline laying projects such as rivers, railways, highways and airports.

What is a mechanical cutting drill
Mechanical cutting drilling technology is a non-drilling and blasting construction technology that uses the power generated by drilling machinery to drive drilling tools (tools) to cut the rock and soil to complete the drilling and blasting construction. At present, the domestic mechanical cutting drilling construction technology is in the stage of rapid development, and the drilling tool (tool) is the key component in the mechanical cutting tunneling, its type and quality directly affect the application range of mechanical equipment, drilling efficiency and production cost. Therefore, the development trend and market dynamics of mechanical cutting drilling tools have been watched by drilling tool manufacturers.
Classification of mechanical cutting drilling tools
(1) Trenchless engineering drilling tools. Trenchless construction technology is a new technology for underground engineering construction, which has been applied in China's engineering construction for less than 10 years. Because this technology can carry out drilling operations without excavating the surface, does not affect traffic, does not damage the environment, and has a short construction period, it is widely used in municipal engineering and underground pipelines crossing rivers, railways, highways and airports. In the laying project (see Figure 1).

Horizontal directional drilling tools are widely used in trenchless construction, which are widely used to lay large-diameter and long-distance pipelines through rivers, lakes, buildings and other obstacles. During construction, the pilot hole is drilled according to the designed arc trajectory and the obstacle is crossed. The pilot drill bit drilled out of the ground is removed, replaced with a large-diameter reaming drill bit, and then pulled into the drill hole and pulled back the head, I .e. drilling the pilot hole, pulling back the reaming hole and pulling back the pipeline (see Figure 2). In trenchless engineering drilling tools, drilling tool enterprises should pay attention to the production process research and product market dynamics of the pilot bit (see Figure 3), the pull-back reaming bit (see Figure 4), and the pull-back reaming bit cutting tool (see Figure 19).
