At the same time, it also requires food business units in the school to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control through risk classification assessment: employees wear masks during business hours, take body temperature once at the beginning and end of business, and disinfect stores more than twice a day; the restaurant strengthens supervision in management, disinfection, inspection and maintenance of water and electricity facilities, creation of restaurant culture, catering hygiene management and file management, and standardizes the dining process, dining time, disposable lunch box disposal, etc.
