At the same time, the company actively introduced green energy-saving equipment to reduce energy consumption in production safety. An intelligent explosion-proof device is installed in the underground mining working face, replacing the traditional explosion-proof water shed and avoiding the waste of water resources. The sewage treatment station applies frequency conversion and constant pressure water supply technology to automatically adjust the start, stop and rotation speed of the water pump and reduce the power loss. In order to solve the problem of coal gangue stacking, the company actively explores ways of comprehensive utilization of coal gangue, and cooperates with an environmental protection enterprise in Shenmu City to use coal gangue in hollow brick manufacturing projects, so that coal gangue, which originally looked useless, has become a popular "golden lump".

In order to deal with the problem of coal slime, the company has installed an advanced mud pressing system. After the underground coal slime flows into the mud pressing system, the pressure pump presses the coal slime into the closed filter chamber, and the strong pressure difference on both sides of the filter cloth can achieve solid-liquid separation. After the coal slime is dehydrated, the coal products produced flow into the intelligent sales system, and the sewage is discharged up to the standard after treatment, which realizes the unity of social, economic and environmental benefits.

The company has also established a complete set of ledgers for the recycling, repair, and collection of waste materials, and has formulated a systematic inspection, appraisal, acceptance, evaluation, reward and punishment assessment process for the repair and recycling projects, so as to achieve "monthly recycling, monthly There are rewards".

In addition, the company scientifically allocates underground water resources. After the mine gushing water flows into the underground sedimentation tank, part of it is discharged through the ground sewage treatment station to meet the standards; the other part is treated by the water purification workshop and reused for mechanical and electrical equipment cooling and road surface dust reduction., Greening irrigation, etc., greatly saving water resources.

The company has further promoted the three-dimensional ecological restoration and management, and implemented the "five major projects" construction projects of ecological demonstration area, ecological forest demonstration area, gangue filling ditch afforestation reclamation, coal transportation line subsidence area reclamation, and working face subsidence area reclamation as planned, involving an ecological restoration area of 4200 mu, fulfilling the social responsibility for "Maowusu turning green" and contributing the strength of the mine.
