They trimmed 200000 cubic meters of gangue piled up randomly according to the design requirements, covered more than 20000 cubic meters of loess, and planted grass seeds and lawns. Let every drop of sewage become a resource

All mine drainage can be raised to the sedimentation tank for purification treatment through the underground pump room. Underground production water, ground industrial water, greening and dust reduction water, in the face of such a large demand, where does the mine water come from? Nantun Mine achieves self-sufficiency in production water by strengthening the treatment of mine water and domestic sewage.
It is understood that in the production process, Nantun Mine will discharge about 3000 cubic meters of mine water mixed with coal and rock powder every day. In order to strengthen the recycling of water resources, the mine has built a mine with a daily treatment capacity of 11000 cubic meters. Water treatment plant.

The treated water is widely used for underground production of dust prevention water, slurry injection water, coal washing water, cleaning water for coal quality transportation center, etc, the remaining part is transported to Xilin Power Plant for circulating cooling water through the pipe network, realizing "zero discharge" of sewage ".
In the sewage treatment plant, the author saw that the sewage passed through coarse and fine grilles to remove garbage and sundries from the sewage. After filtration, the sewage flowed into the anaerobic zone of the oxidation ditch to exchange nutrients mixed with new water and activated sludge. Organic matter and nutrients would be neutralized here for more than 20 hours, and the originally dirty sewage gradually became clear.

Subsequently, the sewage passes through the secondary sedimentation tank and the flocculation tank to further precipitate the fine mud in the sewage. Then it passes through the processes of filtering small impurities such as activated carbon, pebbles and quartz sand in the valveless filter tank, flows to the reuse tank for storage and disinfection, and finally reaches the clean water tank.
According to statistics, the Nantun Mine Sewage Treatment Plant can treat about 4 million cubic meters of sewage in one year. The treated sewage is used for flushing toilets in family areas and public toilets, greening and watering, sprinkling water in coal yards to reduce dust, and road surface flushing. A drop of sewage has become a resource.
