(1) Before starting the machine, check whether the fastening bolts are loose to prevent downtime or parts wear due to loosening of fasteners. Each shift spot check focuses on two M24 * 2 bolts with holes in the side water supply system. As the rock drill and the side water supply system are of split structure, once the bolts with holes are too loose, the impact piston of the rock drill will lose the front limit, which will easily cause the impact piston to be offside and damage the impact piston and cylinder.

(2) Check the oil level of the oiler. If the lubricating oil mist is insufficient, it will cause wear and damage to the rock drill parts.
(3) The grease nozzles of the rotating device and the side water supply device shall be injected with grease once before each shift. The grease nozzles must be cleaned before injection to prevent impurities such as stone powder.

(4) Frequently check the pressure of the high-pressure accumulator. Insufficient pressure in the nitrogen charging chamber will cause low rock drilling efficiency, and nitrogen should be re-charged according to regulations. It is best to equip each drill car with an accumulator assembly for easy replacement. When disassembling the accumulator, nitrogen must be released first, and it must be released completely, otherwise it will collapse and hurt people.

(5) When replacing the high-pressure hose or other components of the rock drill, the oil inlet and return pipes should be docked, and the hydraulic circuit should run for 3~5min without load, and then connect with the rock drill. The connecting joint shall be cleaned before removal (including removal of the joint when repairing the rock drill) to prevent accidents caused by the impurity entering the machine. After removing the oil pipe, plug the joint immediately, and it is best to process the special plug for standby. Before repairing the rock drill, the exterior must be cleaned.
