This time, he led a group of technical experts from the Institute of Mineral Resources of the Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences to Baiyun Obo for research, aiming to study how to ensure the sustainable development of metal minerals and rare mineral deposits, how to achieve green development and comprehensive utilization of resources, and through scientific exploration and technological innovation, Looking forward to more and better new results. It has successively overcome the world problem of difficult selection and metallurgy of Baiyunebo mine, created a precedent for the utilization of rare earth resources, and constructed a development framework for the comprehensive utilization of niobium, scandium, fluorite, fluorite and other resources.
