"All of our coal mining faces have now realized the effects of memory cutting and remote control of shearers, automatic follow-up and remote control of supports, and one-button start-up of underground equipment by the ground dispatching room." The mine mechanization section chief Wang Junping said. They practice the concept of "mechanized substitution, automation reduction", accelerate to "complete intelligent system, comprehensive intelligent operation, man-machine integration and coordination", and promote the upgrading of equipment.
In the monitoring screen of the control room of the mine's compressor room, we can see the intelligent automatic inspection robot in the inspection, realizing the mobile inspection and unattended inspection within the whole line of the compressor. They have built a direct emulsion supply system in the coal mining face and an automatic emulsion proportioning station on the ground, reducing 2 maintenance workers per shift and reducing water consumption by 52%. They designed and processed more than 20 special vehicles such as pneumatic dump sand and gravel trucks and anchor trucks, and promoted the integrated transportation of special containers.
In the -490 water tank, they used an electric self-moving screw cleaner to shorten the cleaning time by 35% and reduce the number of workers per shift by 8. They have applied the automatic online precise refueling and lubricating device for the main fan fan, and established an intelligent distribution system for general protection instruments integrating face recognition, employee electronic tags, high-definition video equipment and card readers.
Through the upgrading of equipment, there are fewer people working and the safety is higher. The advanced equipment used in the mine supports the steel and iron bones for the safe production of employees.
Re-optimization of production system, strong guarantee of "system security"
"Driven by the upgrading of equipment, we have highlighted the key links and optimized the articles according to the requirements of 'capability matching, surplus buffer, intensive and simple, safe and efficient, 'so as to realize the optimal allocation of production system and production capacity." Gu Hongli, deputy director of the mine, said.
The mine insists on taking the tunneling project as the source of strong foundation and excellent system to ensure safety. According to different underground roadways and site conditions, the mine implements high prestressed anchor rod and anchor cable series support technology, ending the history of 56 years of mine construction, which is mainly based on shelf support. In the first half of the year, the mine reduced the direct support cost by 15 million yuan, the roadway repair cost by 8.2 million yuan, and the number of personnel in relevant posts by 105 yuan. In particular, by improving the support strength, the hidden danger of ignition is eliminated from the source and the cost of fire prevention and extinguishing materials is reduced by 1.8 million yuan.
In view of the fact that the original ground circular depot occupies a large number of personnel, has high transportation safety pressure and low automation level, the mine has installed a centralized monitoring system for the equipment and facilities of the ground circular depot, realizing the centralized operation of the hook, signal and vehicle operation system, reducing the number of operators from 5 to 2, and greatly improving the automation management level. The mine has also built a three-level architecture control mode for the well-to-well integrated automation system, adding functions such as operation-level voice broadcast, video synchronous display, enhanced data analysis and remote collaboration assistance.
Re-optimization of labor organization, "no one is safe" becomes a reality.
The mine implements "one area, two teams" for coal mining, "one area, two heads" for tunneling, and "block regionalization" management for auxiliary posts. The transportation major is integrated from "6 districts and 1 team" to "3 districts and 1 team". The water and electricity maintenance team, toll office, comprehensive repair factory, mechanical and electrical equipment repair factory and other units of the property company are optimized and integrated to make the management more flat.
The mine insists on professionals doing professional things. Optimize and integrate similar factory sites and businesses, and set up specialized teams for comprehensive machinery maintenance, civil construction, driving and air conditioning maintenance, with a total of 19.6 million yuan. They analyzed and studied the project plan item by item, set up five specialized teams of coal mining, tunneling, mechanical and electrical, civil engineering and special equipment maintenance, took the initiative to claim 17 million yuan for external projects, and transformed the advantages of mine management, technology and personnel into benefit advantages.
The mine has opened up a training channel for intelligent equipment engineers, trained frequency conversion equipment maintenance engineers and intelligent system maintenance engineers, providing a strong guarantee for promoting intelligent production.
