Using the Jiama Science Research Base in Tibet, more than 300 high-level geological talents were trained for the Tibet Geological Prospecting Unit and Tibet University organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the employment problem of hundreds of local Tibetan compatriots was solved. A series of important prospecting achievements have made important contributions to the economic take-off and leapfrog development of Tibetan areas and the long-term stability of the region. He presided over and mainly participated in the exploration and evaluation of three copper mines larger than 6.5 million tons (six in the whole country), two copper metallogenic zones larger than 20 million tons (two in the whole country), and three national guarantee zones for copper mines larger than 10 million tons (six in the whole country), which promoted the copper resources of the two important new metallogenic zones in Tibet to surge from hundreds of thousands of tons at the end of the last century to more than 20 million tons respectively, tibet's copper resources ranked first in the country. His exploration results have supported the development and construction of copper resource bases such as Jiama and Julong in Tibet. Only Jiama has paid a total of tax 3.07 billion since it was put into operation in 2010, and its profit has 3.52 billion in the past two years.

He has trained more than 170 master's and doctoral students, some of whom are rooted in grass-roots geological teams, some teach in geological colleges and universities, and many of them go to foreign first-class universities and scientific research institutes to exchange and study. He has firmly rooted his mission of prospecting and serving the country in the hearts of young people.
