4. Deep concave center type: This shape of the drill bit is evolved from the same type of button drill bit. The central portion of the end face of the bit has a deeply concave central portion. It is used for nucleation during rock drilling to ensure the straightness of the blast hole when drilling deep holes. It is only suitable for drilling soft and medium hard rocks.

In addition, surface overheating caused by excessive friction will cause local softening and plastic deformation of the metal, which will eventually lead to the destruction of the cylinder and piston;
2) Anti-corrosion effect. Shock hot parts are easily corroded by chemicals in compressed air and water in drilling, and the corrosion effect and the stress in the parts exist at the same time. It will seriously reduce the strength of the parts; corrosion will further expand the cracks or damage the parts directly from the rusty area of the corrosion pit, so preventing corrosion is one of the important functions of lubrication;
3) Sealing function: Proper lubrication can ensure the sealing between the moving parts of the impactor and prevent the efficiency of the impactor from being reduced due to poor sealing.
Quality Requirements for (II) Lubricating Oil
1) Must have high liquid film strength;
2) It is not easy to spray or interfere with the movement of the valve plate;
3) Smoke and toxic gases shall not be discharged;
4) No corrosion under any conditions;
5) All parts that need lubrication can be lubricated quickly;
6) Full lubrication under high ROP, high temperature and low temperature;
7) Cold air or hot air does not form sticky residue;
8) high oil quality.
