Guaranteed spare parts supply

(1) There is basically no local industry in the mine, and spare parts and processed parts are all imported. The price of spare parts for trolley, especially spare parts for hydraulic rock drill, is relatively high, and the quantity and variety of mine spare parts cannot be too much. However, in the process of construction, once a spare part is damaged abnormally, it will lead to waiting for parts and production stop.

⑵ Cooperate with manufacturers to establish spare parts warehouse on site and implement consignment mode. The supply of spare parts is the basic condition to ensure the good operation of hydraulic rock drills. Under normal circumstances, each rock drill shall reserve 23 sets of seals, 4-5 diaphragms, 1 impact piston, 1 accumulator, 1 hydraulic motor and 1 set of hydraulic motor maintenance kit. The spare parts warehouse is set up by the manufacturer and paid only after the mine is used. By the manufacturer to provide professional spare parts, variety, quantity is guaranteed, and do not increase inventory funds. (1) Operation skills training. For the key requirements of operators, the working parameters should be adjusted according to rock conditions. When encountering hard rock, the impact pressure should be higher, the propulsion force should be larger, and the torque should not be too high. When digging into soft rock, the impact pressure can be lower, the propulsion force should be reduced, and the torque should be larger. Hydraulic oil is equivalent to the blood of the hydraulic drilling rig. Once the blood has a problem, it will also cause immeasurable losses. The cleanliness of the oil directly affects the normal operation of the equipment. The underground environment is poor. Refueling according to the specifications to avoid hydraulic system failure. Therefore, good training and regular experience is one of the most effective ways to reduce consumption.

(2) Maintenance skills training. The operating instructions of the jumbo are the guiding documents for the use of hydraulic rock drilling equipment. Maintenance personnel and relevant engineering and technical personnel should be familiar with the operating instructions of the jumbo rock drill and maintain it strictly according to the regulations. For maintenance and equipment management personnel, special attention should be paid to the following contents: ① Regular inspection and adjustment with reference to the specified technical parameters. ② In accordance with the provisions of the maintenance cycle, serious maintenance. (3) Selection of operators. Most of the underground mines are hard and dirty jobs, and they are high-risk industries. Although the wages will be higher, there are still many people who are unwilling to engage in underground operations. Therefore, most of the underground employees come from rural areas, and the cultural level is low, generally junior high school diploma. However, the degree of mechanization of underground operations is getting higher and higher, and the development of automation and intelligence, advanced equipment is difficult to promote or use in the underground is inefficient, to some extent, has a great relationship with the cultural quality of the operator. Domestic trolley operators are trained by enterprises in vocational and technical colleges and by troops, but the number is small. More mining enterprises select drillers with hands and train them on their posts in the form of teachers and apprentices. In order to equip skilled operators in the short term, Tazhong Mining first recruits skilled trolley drivers in China, then sends them to manufacturers for theoretical study, and finally hires manufacturers to operate and maintain technicians for on-site guidance. The author thinks that the best training method is to recruit students by the vocational and technical college, carry out theoretical and practical training on hydraulic equipment, and then transport it to mining and other enterprises, so as to ensure that the trolley operation driver has a high operation level.

(4) Cannon effect control. There are many factors that affect the efficiency of the gun, but the way of laying the eye and the accuracy of the gouging are the main factors. A qualified trolley driver can choose a reasonable cutting method according to the nature of the surrounding rock, but a reasonable cutting method needs high drilling accuracy to ensure. That is, the distance and parallelism between the charge eye and the empty eye, the empty eye and the empty eye must meet the design requirements to ensure advanced blasting indicators. If the eye distance is too large, the rock drilling accuracy can be lower, but the gun effect is not high. Eye distance and parallelism are judged by visual inspection of the operator. Centralized use and unified management. Advanced equipment and technology need perfect auxiliary system and high operation and maintenance skills, and the trolley needs unified use and management. The first batch of trolley, scattered use, resulting in unqualified operators, maintenance can not keep up with, spare parts are not timely. To this end, a pioneering team was set up, with 8 trolley cars under its use and management. After the concentration, all the rock drilling team relied on the trolley, and the intact rate and utilization rate of the trolley were improved. When the trolley achieved the due benefits, people began to accept advanced equipment.

(2) Piece-by-piece contracting. All types of work related to the trolley, such as operators, auxiliary workers, charging and blasting workers, maintenance workers, etc., are contracted according to the footage, which greatly mobilizes the enthusiasm of employees. At the beginning, there was a big income gap between employees, eliminating a number of operators and auxiliary workers, but it also effectively promoted the cooperation of various types of work, especially the tight shift between the upper and lower processes, thus improving the construction technology of the trolley. The satisfactory gun effect of the trolley is also the result of the concerted efforts of various types of work. After the lithology changes, the operator promptly reminds to adjust the blasting parameters, and the blaster also suggests to modify the hole arrangement and how to improve the drilling accuracy to ensure the best footage for a single cycle.

(3) Control of material consumption index. The materials related to rock drilling and blasting process include drilling tools, frying materials, hydraulic oil, etc. If these indicators are not controlled, employees will gain them at the expense of costs in order to achieve high progress. The unit consumption of drilling tools, frying materials and various oil materials shall be formulated and implemented according to the construction budget, and then adjusted according to the average actual consumption. After the assessment, the cost is controlled, and the staff's sense of responsibility and operation skills are improved.

How to make good use of tower workers. As mentioned above, if an enterprise wants to achieve satisfactory economic benefits, it must use tower employees reasonably. Perhaps it is because of communication barriers, or the low quality of tower workers. At first, the teams and groups related to the trolley did not like tower workers to join. After calculating the unit price, if each machine uses Chinese employees, it will pay Chinese employees, and if it uses tower employees, it will pay tower employees. After the implementation of the salary package, the Chinese employees began to try to cooperate with the tower workers. The best match is that there are only two Chinese employees in each machine and the others are tower workers. The income of employees of both sides has increased, and the cost of enterprises has been controlled accordingly.

(5) Improve the auxiliary system. CMJ1-14 water consumption is not more than 2.1 m/h, HT81 water consumption is 4 m/h, compared with hand drilling, water consumption is larger, and water quality requirements are high, so when the trolley is used, a water supply system must be established; The installed capacity of the CMJ1-14 is 39.2kW, and the installed capacity of HT81 is 62kW.
