Jiangxi Xintong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992. The company is located in the High-tech Industrial Park of Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province. It has 550 employees. Its equipment includes wet spray manipulator, full hydraulic rock drilling platform, digging loader, medium and deep hole mining platform, scraper, mine transportation card, underground mine auxiliary equipment, underground transportation equipment, etc.
Taking engineering practice as an example, this paper analyzes and demonstrates the necessity of selecting the platform car, and also summarizes the experience of the successful application of the domestic rock drilling platform car in overseas Chinese-funded mines, and points out the shortcomings of the domestic rock drilling platform car and suggestions for improvement.
1 Introduction
With the gradual depletion of domestic resources, Chinese mining companies have expanded abroad. For example, under the guidance of Belt and Road Initiative's development strategy, Shanghai Haicheng Group has developed lead-zinc mines and built supporting industrial parks in Tajikistan, Central Asia. As one of the developing countries, China has certain advantages in the development of mining, production technology, technical equipment, capital and other aspects in Central and Western Asia, South Asia, Africa and other developing countries.
2 Mine overview and technical equipment
Arden-Topkan lead-zinc mine area is located in the northeast of Huzande City, Tajikistan, with a distance of 110km. The mine began its infrastructure construction in 1950, was completed and put into operation in 1954, and has a planned production capacity of 2.15 million t/a in 2016. The amount of tertiary ore is seriously unbalanced, and the development task is very heavy. The main sections of the development roadway are 4.2m × 4.0m, 3.8m × 3.6m, 3.3m × 3.0m. Hardness coefficient of ore: ore: f = 8~12; sandstone, skarn: f = 10~12; limestone: f = 6~10; granite: f = 12~14.
The driving of rock drilling equipment in the mine is mainly carried out by jumbo, and the mining is mainly carried out by hand. The company has configured two batches of trolley. The first batch entered 4 Jiangxi Xintong DT1-14D cars in 2013, and the second batch entered 4 Hebei Zhangjiakou Huatai HT81 cars in 2015.
