The impact mechanism adopts an integral cylinder body. The slide valve type reversing valve is located next to the rear cavity of the piston in the cylinder body and is arranged vertically with the center line of the cylinder body. The reversing valve is close to the piston, which increases sensitivity, and is compact in structure and convenient for maintenance. Avoid the interference of shock and vibration on the movement of the reversing valve. The reversing valve adopts a hollow valve core, which has a small weight and a correspondingly small thrust area, which reduces fuel consumption and oil leakage and improves energy utilization.

Side water supply is adopted, and there are two sealing rings at the back end of the water supply. If the two sealing rings are crossed, atomizing gas with a pressure of 2bar can blow out the water to avoid water pollution to the oil system.

The slewing mechanism adopts a OMSS125 cycloid oil motor with large torque, low speed and small volume to drive the gear slewing braze tail. The output shaft end of the oil motor is connected by involute spline, which has stable transmission, high precision and long life.

The lubrication of the rotary mechanism adopts oil mist lubrication. The rock drilling trolley has an air pump for rock drilling lubrication. Atomized lubricating oil gas is input to lubricate the transmission system of the rock drill. At the same time, it also cools the striking surface of the piston and the drill tail. It also lubricates the guide sleeve of the water supply system and finally sprays out from the front end to play a gas sealing role to prevent impurities such as rock powder and dust from entering the inside the machine body.
HYD200 hydraulic rock drill is suitable for drill bits with a diameter of 27~41mm, and can drill holes with a maximum diameter of 89mm.
