1) Welding process is the earliest tooth fixing process. Its method is relatively simple. It mainly determines the size of the tooth hole and the alloy column tooth through the welding gap, drills the corresponding tooth hole on the drill head body according to the structure of the drill head, and then welds the alloy column tooth on the drill head body by brazing or silver welding. The requirements for drilling accuracy and column tooth size are not high. The disadvantage is that the operation is relatively difficult, easy to leave a scar to affect the appearance, and prone to lack of welding, welding strength is not high, the life of the drill bit is low. 3) For the use of thread ball tooth drill bits with higher requirements, we advocate the use of hot insert technology, that is, alloy steel with better thermal expansion and toughness is selected as the steel for the drill bit body. According to the difference in thermal expansion between the steel body and the alloy column teeth under the same heating conditions, the alloy column teeth can be embedded on the drill bit body by selecting the appropriate interference. Hot insert tooth fixing process drill bit products are more suitable for repeated grinding of products, and the material and strength of the drill bit pants are better than those of the cold press tooth fixing drill bit, with higher hardness, stronger adaptability and better stability.
