The fourth take-off was the development of the Datuanshan project in 1995, which increased investment in infrastructure construction, transformed the upgrading, transportation system and mineral processing process, and formed a new production capacity, reaching a mining and dressing capacity of 2600 tons/day; the fifth take-off was after Shizishan Copper Mine was renamed Dongguashan Copper Mine in May 2004. The mine entered a new stage of rapid development. The daily mining and dressing production scale has grown from 50 tons in the initial stage of mine construction to more than 13000 tons now, which is 260 times the original. What is more proud is that the sixth take-off, Dongguashan project has undergone ten years of unremitting efforts since its production, in 2015, the mine production reached the standard and achieved a qualitative leap.

By the end of 2018, the mine had produced 599000 tons of copper, 4.438 million tons of sulfur concentrate (35%), 6.4756 million tons of high sulfur iron, 13442.74kg of gold and 331200kg of silver for the country, making positive contributions to the revitalization and development of China's copper industry. The mine has successively won many honorary titles such as the national advanced unit of spiritual civilization construction, the national green mine unit, the national first-class enterprise of safety production standardization, and the advanced grass-roots party organization and civilized unit of Anhui Province.
