What is hard alloy?

Cemented carbide is a kind of alloy material made of hard compound of refractory metal (mainly tungsten carbide) and binder metal (mainly cobalt) by powder metallurgy process. Used in the manufacture of cutting tools, cutting tools, drilling tools and wear-resistant parts, widely used in military industry, aerospace, mechanical processing, metallurgy, oil drilling, mining tools, electronic communications, construction and other fields, known as the "teeth of industry". According to the use of cemented carbide, it is mainly divided into three categories: cutting tool alloy, rock drilling tool alloy and wear-resistant parts alloy, of which cutting tools and rock drilling tools are the main application fields.
