DTH Drill Pipe

DTH drill pipe, also known as down-the-hole drill pipe, is a kind of rock drilling drilling tool used in the matching of down-the-hole drilling rig. The down-the-hole drill rod, the down-the-hole impactor and the down-the-hole drill bit together form a down-the-hole drilling tool. The working principle of the down-the-hole drilling tool is to use compressed air as the power to submersible the impact power part of the rock drilling tool into the rock drilling hole. The gas distribution device controls the piston to make a reciprocating motion to impact the down-hole drill bit. The drill bit breaks the rock. DTH drilling tools are mainly used in open-pit mining, geothermal drilling of water wells, quarries, excavation of building foundations, anchoring operations of water conservancy and hydropower projects, etc. Compared with other rock drilling machinery and equipment, the DTH drilling tool has a deep drilling depth, a large drilling hole size, a high drilling straightness, a low investment in the DTH drilling machine, and a wide range of applications.
