DTH impactor

DTH impactor is a kind of rock drilling equipment used in supporting DTH drilling rig. The high-wind pressure down-the-hole impactor, the high-wind pressure down-the-hole drill bit and the down-the-hole drill pipe together form a down-the-hole drill set. The working principle of the down-the-hole impactor is to use compressed air as the power to submersible the rock drilling impact power part into the rock drilling hole. The air distribution device in the impactor controls the piston to make a reciprocating motion, impacting the down drill bit to break. DTH drilling tools are mainly used in open-pit mining, geothermal drilling of water wells, quarries, excavation of building foundations, anchoring operations of water conservancy and hydropower projects, etc. Compared with other rock drilling machinery and equipment, the DTH drilling tool has a deep drilling depth, a large drilling hole size, a high drilling straightness, a low investment in the DTH drilling machine, and a wide range of applications.

Down-the-hole impactor is divided into high wind pressure down-the-hole impactor (working wind pressure 1.5-2.5Mpa), medium and low wind pressure impactor (0.5-1.5Mpa)
